Ministry of Russia & Eastern Europe

To provide Christians with an awareness of spiritual situation in Russia and Eastern Europe, and furnish means whereby they can assist in meeting these needs.

Rev. James & Ollie Weller

A graduate of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, University of Toronto (B.A.) and Ohio State University (M.A.).  Rev. Weller pastored for over 20 years: Kingston, Ontario; Toronto, Ontario; Montreal, Quebec.  Subsequently, elected District Superintendent (PAOC).  He provided oversight to 185 Churches and served as Chairman of the Board for E.P.B.C., in Peterborough, Ontario.

In 1985, God directed him to ministry in Eastern Europe.  Since that time, Rev. Weller has travelled to Russia and the Eastern Block Countries dozens of times ministering in scores of churches, conferences, open air meetings, schools, etc.

A gifted communicator, Jim Weller has addressed some of the largest Churches in North America and is often invited to minister at Pastor’s Conferences at home and abroad.

Rev. Weller’s mission is to inform Christians of the tremendous spiritual need and hunger in Eastern Europe.  He is desirous to assist in providing spiritual hope for these people.

The Full Gospel Lighthouse has made MREE our missions.  One of our past members, made a bible box out of wood that sits at the back of the church.  This is used for people to donate money solely for Brother Weller and translating bibles into other languages.  If you wish to make a donation to them please contact us: fullgospellighthouse@hotmail.com or: 705-739-9556

When you come to the Lighthouse, you will see a “bible” box sitting at the back.  We use this for donations towards sending bibles to Russia and Eastern Europe.  When Rev. Weller comes to visist and update us, we count the money in this box and 100% of it goes directly to Rev. Weller to use towards translating bibles.  This is our mission to get the word of the Lord to people in other countries.
